These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Site and to any order you place with us. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

2. Using the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account, and to keep your account details secure.
You must not use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or copy its content without our permission.

3. Products

We try to display our products, colours and sizes as accurately as possible. Small variations in colour may occur because of screen settings, and images are for illustration. Please check our Size Chart before ordering. All products are subject to availability.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Your order and our contract with you

After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Our acceptance takes place, and a contract is formed, when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery details, timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. The goods are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to the address you gave us. You own the goods once we have received payment in full.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, and further rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Full details are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the conditions stated when they are offered, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

9. Intellectual property

The THUNDA THIGHS name and the text, graphics and design of the Site belong to us or to our licensors. You may view and print content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, comment or other content to the Site, you confirm that it is genuine, reflects your honest opinion and does not break any law or infringe anyone else's rights. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business. We may remove any content at our discretion.

11. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence.
We supply products for domestic and private use only. We are not responsible for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, strikes, extreme weather, natural disasters or supply disruptions. If such an event happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and, if the delay is significant, you may cancel your order for a full refund of anything you have paid for goods not received.

13. Privacy

We use your personal data only as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the Site when you placed it.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the part of the UK where you live, and you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on where you live.
